Changes to your registration details can be made online until Tuesday, 18 September 2018. Thereafter, any changes to registration details must be emailed to the conference Registration Manager at


Please see below for your appropriate registration fee, keeping in mind its closure date. To maintain your pre-registered conference rate, you are required to pay within seven days from the date of invoice. Please keep this in mind if you are required to obtain prior authorisation.

It is preferred that registration is paid by credit card online at the time of registration. However, a tax invoice is available on request. Online payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard or AMEX only.

Onsite registration will be charged the appropriate registration rates plus a $20.00 manual processing fee.

NESA Registered Professional Development
Attending ACCE 2018 on Wednesday, 3 October 2018 and Thursday, 4 October 2018 will each contribute six (6) hours and thirty (30) minutes of NESA Registered PD addressing 6.2.2; 7.4.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.

Single Day Registration
Single day registration is permitted for one day attendance only. If you would like to attend more than one day, a full registration must be purchased.

Student Registration
The student rate is applicable to full-time undergraduates currently studying. Students must provide formal evidence of full time tertiary student status from the tertiary institution they attend. Please forward this to

Presenter Registration *
The presenter rate is applicable to authors who have been accepted to present in the conference program. Please note: Only ONE (1) presenter per presentation is entitled to the presenter registration rate.

You are required to nominate your association and provide your membership number during registration.



All fees are due upon registering and must be paid in full prior to attending the event. Any outstanding fees are to be paid by the registrant upon arrival at the event; failing this, the registrant will be required to provide credit card details to guarantee payment within two (2) weeks after the completion of the event.

Credit Card Payment
The conference only accepts Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. Credit card payments will appear on your statement as International Conferences & Events (ICE) Aust.

Cancellations and Amendments
Registration, social function and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted over the telephone. Cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to the Conference Organiser.

Cancellations received up to and including Tuesday, 4 September 2018 will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee payable upon cancellation. Cancellations received between Wednesday, 5 September 2018 and Tuesday, 18 September 2018 will receive a 50% refund less $150.00 administration fee payable upon cancellation. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Tuesday, 18 September 2018.

  1. International Conferences & Events Australia reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.
  2. Registrations received by International Conferences & Events Australia will not be considered as confirmed unless full payment has been received.

The Organising Committee and International Conferences & Events Australia:

  1. Reserve the right to change the program and social functions at any time without notice.
  2. Does not cover individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason, including cancellation or postponement of the conference or for theft, loss or damage to personal belongings.
  3. Does not take responsibility for injury or damage to a person, or their property, occurring during the conference or associated activities.
  4. Does not accept any responsibility for insurance as this is not included in the registration fee. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual and participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions.
  5. Does not accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by participants, in the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters.

Opinions expressed by presenters are personal and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the Organising Committee and International Conferences & Events Australia.
